Darkness

Well it's been a hellish few weeks, I have fallen into the rabbit hole and there seems no escape this time. The darkness has come and it thicker than the fires of hell.

Things just don't seem to going right at all and my MH is just getting worse and worse. Not sleeping (afraid to sleep) not eating and not taking my meds. I know this doesn't help but why bother because when I am on them I either feel zone out or that they do nothing anyways. I didn't make it work today, got to the front and was physically sick and froze again. Crawled back into bed where I stayed untill I had an unexpected call.

My 3 main MH professional and I in a conference call, at the end of the call I was given a choice be sectioned or have my ex move back in temporarily to provide around the clock monitoring, this means for at least two weeks of him being here making sure I eat, take my meds and be present for all appointments and no SH. I am not happy about either option but because of teenager trauma in a MH hospital I am taking the ex.

I will not be as active as normal but I will check in. but like tonight, I may just support posts as I am struggling to even type this. So @Snowie @eth @Lee82 @Eden1919 @Purplerain @Lotusgirl amd anyone I missed I will be getting the care I need and will be safe. To some of the newest forum members please forgive me if it takes a bit for me to get back to you.

Morning Mel, no even after extra night meds. It was too late to salvage any piece of mind. The little ones are in a state of over tried so you can imagine what it's like having 2 over tried little in your head🥺 D3 has left already as she is filming today so she had an early start and D2 is still

asleep because she stayed up talking to her sister. Hubby has gone downstairs to continue on Izzy's paint room so it's nice to have a little solitude, I even shut the animals inside. We may bake cookies at some point today but other then that it's going to be a couch kinda day for us.

I noticed you didn't get much sleep if any, so how are you feeling this morning? Love you lots @Lee82

Yum!! baking cookies sounds like a great idea hun. I also hope you can find some time today to have a rest and maybe sleep a little babe. Heaven knows you really need it, especially the littlies. I can't imagine what its like honey have 2 tired kids in you head. It must tough.
no I didn't get any sleep last night. I am over tired and anxious and still dealing with my 'episode' as I am calling them.

I am so sorry that you are still having "episodes" honey. What is you MH team doing to help you with them? Just remember how you boys where over tried, try and picture that in you mind with the sounds of their voice and that is pretty much how it is in our mind.

Hubby brought so Dino cookie cutters this morning so that is what I am baking. It's dam

To be honest with you hun my MH team are pushing me to go to hospital. They have upped my meds and added a new one to the mix. I have quite a few appointments next week with them too. They are also wanting me to tell mum what's been going on with me lately. I don't think they get that she is the last person on this earth that I want to confide in especially my deepest darkest secrets.
I don't want to see the sun hun. I am hiding under my blanket trying to stay present and not have another episode.

Do you buy the kits online? If so, do you mind letting me know where you get them from please? I need to find a hobby or craft to get into and I've read a few forumites get enjoyment from diamond paintings.
