Something’s not right

Darkness

Darkness

Well it's been a hellish few weeks, I have fallen into the rabbit hole and there seems no escape this time. The darkness has come and it thicker than the fires of hell.

Things just don't seem to going right at all and my MH is just getting worse and worse. Not sleeping (afraid to sleep) not eating and not taking my meds. I know this doesn't help but why bother because when I am on them I either feel zone out or that they do nothing anyways. I didn't make it work today, got to the front and was physically sick and froze again. Crawled back into bed where I stayed untill I had an unexpected call.

My 3 main MH professional and I in a conference call, at the end of the call I was given a choice be sectioned or have my ex move back in temporarily to provide around the clock monitoring, this means for at least two weeks of him being here making sure I eat, take my meds and be present for all appointments and no SH. I am not happy about either option but because of teenager trauma in a MH hospital I am taking the ex.

I will not be as active as normal but I will check in. but like tonight, I may just support posts as I am struggling to even type this. So @Snowie @eth @Lee82 @Eden1919 @Purplerain @Lotusgirl amd anyone I missed I will be getting the care I need and will be safe. To some of the newest forum members please forgive me if it takes a bit for me to get back to you.

Re: Darkness

I know you don't mean to worry me but it's what friends do my love. Did the monster make an appearance? Please don't hide from me.

No I have to wait about 24 hrs before I can paint them. But I was going to put up what I have been doing though.

Have you eaten today? Are you safe @Lee82

Re: Darkness

So my calm place, my sanitary aka my paint room has been out of action for 4 weeks on Monday (but who's counting) So I am wondering how much trouble I will be in with hubby when he gets home and finds me painting in the lounge room???

The lighting on the last one not great cause I had to move out to my small balcony

yes the monster has been very bad today and SI has been very high too hence why I went for a drive. I had to get away from the house and the temptations.

Re: Darkness

I am glad you have had something eat. I was just very worried about you driving when you where obviously distressed. How are the SI sitting now? I am ok today. I had the day to myself (D2was home) and it was refreshing. I am exhausted and haven't had my meds yet. So I guess I won't be up much longer. How are you feeling? (Hmm I wonder if she can pick up that I am still worried 😂) @Lee82

Re: Darkness

Please don't worry hun I am as good as can be at the moment. SI is still high but I am managing to stay distracted with my diamond painting for now. I am feeling exhausted but anxiety is pretty high as well.
The boys are watching the footy.

Loving those paintings you did babe. So glad you are feeling ok and that you have had a some what ok day home alone with D2.

Re: Darkness

Telling me not to worry about my best friend is like telling my 3yr old alter there in no porridge left!! ( I wasn't told that we have porridge on the weekends and I had a bowl of fruit for breakfast and she has been cranky all day) @Lee82
