Tough Times

I thought I'd open up this discussion for anyone going through a rough time at the moment and want to get some extra support.
I am struggling a lot at the moment dealing with a range of things. One thing a struggle with is Anxiety. This is something I deal with everyday. I wake up with it every morning and fall asleep (when I sleep) with it every night. Some days are worse than other days. Distractions play a big part in coping with it daily. At the moment being stuck at home schooling my kids is my biggest distraction. It helps most of the time however sometimes it can be a real struggle to stay present and calm. We as a family try to go for a walk everyday. We take our family dog with us. Another distraction for me is cooking but this can be a challenge as I struggle with motivating myself but when I get into it I create some nice things. Today my 8year old son and I made oat based banana and chic chip muffins. 😋😋

I hope everyone's day has been a good day filled with self care and motivation.

To be completely honest this morning I don't even know where to start. It was a struggle yesterday/last night and then Nat called and so much more surfaced. I am feeling a little light headed and fuzzy this morning. Thank you Lee for being here this morning 💖

I am sorry for that honey, I was just floating down the river of denial most of this week and especially after my conversation with my cousin. The only time I would dwell on it was at night and that is when things would get out of hand with the monster. So then there was shame and guilt to deal with the next day and that is how my cycle has worked for the last week. Embarrassed to confide in you or the feast of our fourm family and to scared that confining in Nat would be the last straw for her and she would leave me as well. @Lee82

Come on babe by now surely you know that there is no judgement. You have absolutely nothing to be embarrassed about but you are the one that needs to feel comfortable sharing and if ever you are ready to I will be here to listen.

how about starting with your conversation with your cousin? What happened or is that the things that is embarrassing?
