sorry dont have much energy or motivation today

another day of misery and complete waste

life is just passing by without me

so found this:

much less upon one's own mind,

it is like trying to quiet the ocean by pressing on the waves,

Hey, like that @Former-Member 'peace' it really is something we need to take by force (determination). Sorry you're feeling so flat atm. There is no quick fixes unfortunately, we have yo become resilient and get on with 'hand to task' gentle busy. Trust your son will find his wY home 🙂
