I'm pretty concerned for you, my dear friend. You are "beyond exhausted" in every way and have some hugely serious things on your plate. I'm glad you were able to chat to a SANE Counsellor. This weekend seems crucial for you to get some mental rest...I hear you about the girls coming over tomorrow night though. So I'm wishing for sleep and some restoration tonight and tomorrow, and again on Sunday.

I've signed off from work now much to the disdain of my toxic colleague. Even though there's four in her team now and three were off apparently it was a problem that I worked through lunch and finished at four, sigh!

Some people really are hard work.

Now that I know about scholarship I will be looking for another job in the new year!

It all just feels so surreal really, like I'm watching someone else life unfold with pity and I can't do a thing about it.

@Anastasia I'm worried about you. Broken, defeated and very very sad is not good...It sounds like things feel out of your control. I'm concerned you don't have enough support. You have us on here, your friends who understand MI, but professionally you only have the SANE Counsellors occasionally.

I'll be ok, really I will. I always am. It's just hard. Please try not to worry. I'm happy to hear you feel strong but I do not want to cause you concern. I will be doing everything in my power to self care I promise. I will probably even take some leave if I need to. Don't need toxic colleague in my face that's for sure x
