I'm just taking it day by day. Having more bad than ok, but trying my best. Levi helps tremendously though. Not really sure how or where I'd be without the little man. I think he's developed a bit of an ear infection over the weekend though. So off to the vet we go this week.

Things are going ok here at the moment as my boy's black cloud has lifted after he finally opened up with what was weighing so heavily on his mind. I was able to support him with the necessary changes and now we are moving forward 🤞 Big things are happening for him so praying, hoping, throwing to the Univers you name it it sticks.

Both my boys are visiting their Father this weekend so it's been a very lazy one...really should be cleaning but not feeling fabulous health wise so it can wait.

Our garden is shocking at the moment as there is a leak somewhere and our agent is messing around attending to it. Not sure if it's sewage or other but we came home from the week away with a moat around what used to be a pool and a very muddy backyard and dog. Hopefully they will attend to it soon!

How is your workplace? I haven't seen any news so I am assuming you are still being treated with the respect you deserve 🤞

My work is still full on, not sure when it will settle or if it even will. I've got time off over Easter and I must remember to apply for time off for my Dad's birthday which is next month. That will keep me focused to keep going.

Can't think of any other news to tell.

Hi @Snowie ...good luck with the first session with your new psychologist. I hope it goes well. I know a month must have felt like 6 months, waiting, although it sounds lucky to me as I remember waiting 3 months to get into my new talk-therapy psychiatrist when I was at my most intensely suicidal. It was pretty awful.
