Numb again

I have tried contacting online support but everything is unavailable or offline .

I was raped 7 years ago and things happen so I made myself numb and supprised everything. I learned about the breathing techniques as well as the 5,4,3,2,1 tool. Tonight it's not working . I am having flash backs like crazy and I can't get my mind and body to calm down to relax and sleep . At this stage I am in for a night of night terrors and I can't do that again tonight. I am shutting down again but not sure how to stop it .

Same here. I just started the healing ....thing ( insert English word here ) but I have wide shoulders and good ears. Oh apologies for Grammer and spelling . I am still learning English.

You are going to need more M&Ms by the looks of it @Pollyotter if both @Lee82 and I are moving in Tobes will want to sleep on the bed 'cos he is soooooo spoilt but I can always bring my beanbag and sleep in that with him too. @Lee82 You and your staffy can have the bed 👍
