How have you been

Things have been real rough at the moment @Pollyotter

my night meds are not really working anymore so I am waking up in the middle of the night not being able to go back to sleep. Been having FB and panic attacks as well. All I have been doing is trying to make it through each day. I feel like I am only existing not living. How was your day today hun?

I am doing ok I had a trip down the stairs yesterday and it feels like a broken rib.

mhe that's what I get for being on my phone while doing a tricky maneuver.

No, I didn't go. I have had broken ribs before so I do know what they are going to say or do.

No blood or pooling and it hasn't stuck into something. I have bandaged it up to stop moving as much as possible. so now I am just taking it easy.
