Numb again

I have tried contacting online support but everything is unavailable or offline .

I was raped 7 years ago and things happen so I made myself numb and supprised everything. I learned about the breathing techniques as well as the 5,4,3,2,1 tool. Tonight it's not working . I am having flash backs like crazy and I can't get my mind and body to calm down to relax and sleep . At this stage I am in for a night of night terrors and I can't do that again tonight. I am shutting down again but not sure how to stop it .

Gosh how strange am I then hahaha. nooo spicey food for me . I do have a sweet tooth of note but my whole family is a sweet mouthed person

So I am at home and I have a glass of wine going

I enjoy red wine quite abit but i dont over do it.
I feel like I can breath again so that is good.
