Tonight I am grateful for the following things:

- My uni studies being back and the fact that I was able to get a start on a research assessment task early;

- The internet connection to my iPhone and the use it's been to my research

- Having a place to sleep

- Food and drink to keep me fueled for study

- Facebook for social connections and distractions!

I'm struggling with gratitude so it's a good reminder that there is always something...

I'm grateful for :

  • milder weather where I am (such a contrast with last Summer)
  • 2 friends getting through surgery ok in the last week
  • my tiny courtyards

Today I am grateful for:

- good people around and in my life who want the best for me
- having a job that is decent pay for what I do and not having to work from home
- the realisation i had a few days ago where I realised that in yours 20s its okay to stuff about and fool around while trying to figure it out
- coffee breaks

I'm grateful for:

  • My friends and my partner,
  • That covid19 is impacting this country significantly less severely than other places in the world right now,
  • The cooler than average temperatures where I am this season! I'm enjoying not constantly sweltering, where otherwise every day would probably be 30°C+
