Sorry this post got missed for a bit. That sounds like a great way to start the new year and I hope it’s helping.

I’m getting better at positive thinking but still fall into the negative spiral. It’s a work in progress. How are you going with this?

Im aware that many members are in fire zones. Sending best wishes and good luck if you have been. I’d imagine that the fires are making it hard for many many people to stay positive just now regardless of where you live.
