I know a lot of people are offended when they are asked why they stay, and I think in some cases it's justified as people can be very crass and condescending when they ask but I also think it's a very valid question. Professionals often have key questions to ask that flag things they need to look into. I'd rather have someone ask when it needs to be asked than to have it left when it could open a conversation. Just my opinion of course.

Yeah, I think humour is so pretty important. The ability to laugh at ourselves with how ridiculous we can get over small things.

I once read somewhere that humour is a great predictor in relationship success. Obviously, not one person laughing at the other, but laughing together. Makes sense, I guess! Sharing happy times together is great for bonding. Who does not like to laugh? And even more so, who does not like to laugh wtih someone?!
