HI @TAB

I think you are here - actually I read your dream and while I was reading that I thought

"Ah - Tab is dreaming" and you were

But get your job-face ready and get to work asap - there is nothing like a job - nothing in the world - it fills in your day and you get paid and you have a real-work-place social life and after all that - you can still have us

All the best with your work situation

Hi @Former-Member I think I'm here lol. Been all over the shop, well yest anyway. Felt like crying at one stage and didn't know really why.. Then I rang job back they said they're still interested. So I have 3 days to get my 'work face' on lol

sounds like depression knocking on the door from my own experience.

crying is very good for depression which I am quite sure that you have already heard. does leave you drained but in less pain.

I know this and yet out of habit find myself stopping the tears. So I work very hard now at recognising what exact emotion I am feeling. this can be difficult when the rollercoaster is in full force.

writing helps me and walking.

Hi @TAB

Ah yes - being a Tabby Cat - gotcha

I am sure you have read what my furry mate has been up to since I went up to Lakes Entrance a few weeks back - really bad cat - loud meows - excessively - jumping on me at night - sticking her claws into me and tearing couch and wire screen door to bits

All the best

Re: Sleeping too much

Yes @Former-Member I just went with, wanted to see what would come out. Or trying to give myself a reminder like if you don't do this, eg walks, 'that' will happen.. part of what was getting me down was money and time on hands so hopefully job will help with that

Re: Sleeping too much

Yes I gave up on trying to stop my cat had years ago from scratching arm of leather lounge @Owlunar .. I just got used to it, she literally destroyed the lounge.. Well I was in a flat so it wasn't always safe for her to go out, so that was to compensate I guess

Re: Sleeping too much

Yep way to go with the job again @TAB. And me too with the walks and in my head. Hoping you'll be work ready (ha..is anyone ever work ready, just people really) to start again. 💜🤗

Re: Sleeping too much

Thanks @Former-Member , not necessary, but thanks. Will have to be some mental adjustment prior and during job, it's a type of work haven't done in forever so will be a bit trying. In a good way hopefully
