Hey @oceangiirl73 😀 I hope it goes okay sorry no idea why she's in there, haven't been keeping up. When I was a kid I used to want to live in hospital ..always seemed better in a way.. last time, I couldn't get out quick enough, re being older. I hope she's ok

.. meant her mother was never attractive.. @Faith-and-Hope and only mentioned that cos the bit I left out, that she worked as a model well prob thru connections, gosh I used to have fun playing with her vtbally at 'dinners' albeit way informal.. well til caught out by green eyed similar heritage and vintage and bff of 'toy mum' in front of everyone .. yeah was tame party by their standards apparently yet I was in the gun as didn't have the right credentials or was that parents ... was funny... if it wasn't so sad in retrospect... just a gigolo .. nah not really lol well not to Me..

Well she seems to have finally sorted herself out albeit at age 70 now.. well she was 50 when I met her. I was a 'type' as later found out re some guy at coffee shop saying I fitted her mould.. was an interesting distraction and was mostly good despite what I said before just an interesting insight into old money attitudes and morays as well and me feeding self esteem problems thru being a hanger on at times

Just chalk it up to insight-building life experiences @TAB ..... and that can be something of a gift if you can find the positive in it .... some people think moneyed people have it all and carry the tall-poppy chip on their shoulder their whole life .... people are people ..... rich, poor, big, little, black, white, whatever ..... gotta see the person first and foremost ..... never know what is behind their door .....

..seemingly endless rows of skeletons apparently @Faith-and-Hope .. ok I saw by accident a more detailed view into her childhood re father, although there were vague comments about 'uncles' before ... anyhoo .. poor woman

Wow .... if you're saying what I think you're saying @TAB ..... same way my grandma's ni went untreated cos they didn't have the understandings and systems they have now, a whole lota other "social ills" have caused untold misery ..... gives you some respect for those who battled through.

As you said .... insight ..... compassion .....

..yeah.. in between what her sister who was there at the time said and her mostly 'I don't remember ' responses put together with how she acted towards/viewed men.. it was an eye opener.. anyway she wasn't the only one I met, another just told me flat out and graphically at sone stage.. like I was a magnet used to laugh it off as exciting 'bad women' ..but its not about me @Faith-and-Hope
