Re: Sleeping too much

Hi @Former-Member

I'm glad you got home safely and really glad you took your time about it and saw some sights and enjoyed the drive - and yes - I heard you didn't really want to go home - I understand

But yes - after a few weeks away things will seem different - I hope everything works well for you for a short time - and those tough dreams will cease - they are probably related to the anniversary

Sorry I haven't been in touch - I did post a couple of times - but I seem to be having a rough patch myself - I should start my own thread and write about my life more in one place

You did a good thing Tawney - something I couldn't do - I didn't have the chance actually - but life is what it is - and it can be so tough

So glad you are home

Re: Sleeping too much

hah @TAB, very funny, but you were right - the charger with my keys, kinda, in the bottom of my handbag lol So here I am. Got a bit tricky there for a bit (for me) 'cause my cabin was solar powered and only took 12V plugs (cigarette lighter stuff) - found myself getting all confused, trying to separate & swap leads, really messes with my brain reverrsal lol Must be the blond hair coming through lol

@decadiam, sorry you've been struggling lately, and here I am all Vought up in myself again. Sorry about that. Your posts have been helpful, warm, empathetic, detailed and from the heart. I know you know. Thank you. I think its a great idea to have a thread to go to for you. Sometimes I don't know what to say but need to chat so just put something on this thread to see if anyones free or can be bothered. Doesn't really matter but when people remember me it really helps me want to stay alive a bit longer. So I will check in often, I'd I get slack boot me with a @tag please, forget who I am sometimes lol

Hi oceangirl73, @utopia, @Faith-and-Hope, @Former-Member, where's @Former-Member, hi @Zoe7, and hi everyone else

Re: Sleeping too much

Hi @Former-Member yeah been there re losing stuff then having to process it or deliberately remind self if put things somewhere out of the ordinary, yeah I have a battery can plug phone into these days as well as lighter charger which never had before as other car the lighter didnt work. So how's it feel to be home?

Re: Sleeping too much

@TAB, not sure how I 'feel' to be home. Bit lost maybe. Sooo quiet! Empty, sad, but also free, I think. Got a bit down (cried) to find in the mail a $325 fine for accidentally entering a transit lane my first week in Sydney, not fair! Can't seem to do anything right & great meal for blackdog. But getting over it. Much of my garden had died off & the letterbox was overflowing. Just makes me feel alone. Oh soz, bit down xox

@Former-Member. Welcome home

Re: Sleeping too much

Wow @Former-Member I did the toll road thing a couple times re going thru Sydney but have no idea what a transit lane is. That's tough. Sure you'll fix the garden and empty the letterbox. Try and remember the good bits of trip might help. Was truly amazing that you did that and sounds like you helped parents a lot. The messy bits will fade. Try and let some 'good' sink in.

Re: Sleeping too much

thanks @TAB, will try
@utopia, are u being sarcastic?

In response to: Sleeping too much

Re: Sleeping too much

@Former-Member. No. I didn't mean to sound sarcastic. You are home now aren't you. I thought you got home a few days ago. I just meant - after such a long time away - it would be good to be in your own home and sleep in your own bed.
Have I missed something? Are you not home?
