Me "waiting for the blacksmith to come unlock my car, gonna cost $500
Ma " why?"
Me "I've lost my keys, everything is in the car, even my pills"
Ma "I didn't steal your keys"
Me "yeah, I probably locked them in the car, the blacksmith will be a while"
Ma "why is EVERYTHING in the car?"
Me "yes, even my pills"
Ma "why"
Me "i need to go home this morning and don't like goodbyes so was gonna slip away"
Ma "but I don't want you to go"

OK, Road service are coming to break into my car for me, not likely but keys might be in there, at least

Lol ... still here @Former-Member .... I didn't get far ....
We came down with it like dominoes .... so some of us travelling ahead of others, and the kids were the last to catch it, so they're going through the yuckiest stages now ... poor things .... two have been up and down already just now. Living in a confined space, it's all very communal .... she says to someone who has been living like that herself for the last two weeks .... :face_with_rolling_eyes:
What's happening with those keys ? Do you think you might have locked them in the car by accident ?

Checked the bed in case you slept with them in your pocket ? Didn't leave them in the bathroom ?

I have looked everywhere, waiting for Road Service to unlock car but unlike kely there since I have to lock the car manually. I last had them packing the car. No pockets going to bed, always hook them on my bag handle, but... I do have memory probs, its so frustrating. Through ma would face up by now if she took them but seems she hasn't. I'd do another search soon. Its a nightmare here though. Just got money.

My bad, after they unlocked the car, I took my pills & I relaxed a bit -
I remembered I left the keys beside the phone charger so I wouldn't forget charger. Oops, I'm a goose
Glad I didn't accuse mum openly
Maybe God wanted me to hear her actually say "I don't want you to go" That was nice to hear (like you wouldn't believe). Plus they insisted (rather adamantly) that they cover all my petrol costs down - because they CAN afford it and do appreciate me coming. They never normally say it. Should i take it?
Finishing breakfast and heading off. Glad I can chat here, I'm so anxious about the drive xox
