Sleeping too much

..well they can be @Faith-and-Hope ..have met some horrible ones too ..I first met him when he and a croatian guy were working for brother in law. ,.it was an all day standup comedy act..digs here, digs there, but they were both smart and funny, later worked with just the two of us, and it got even worse, nearly fell over laughing sometimes ..

His wife went to his village to 'find a husband; in late 80s ..she grew up in aust tho, cant remember her name, but it was Greek for 'angel' she was beautiful and beyond nice, and smart although had a big pigment thing on her face. their kids were beautiful, all daughters, he built a house that he never finished, well no internal doors til years after they moved in etc he started making own wine, drinking too much, brother in law completely turned on him. He was the best brickie ever saw, smart, funny, athletic, phlegmatic, just ended up looking very worn last time saw him. His English was a hundred times better in 4 years than people he knew that had been here for 40yrs

oh.. and saw one of his daughters on tv couple years ago ..she had become a bricklayer as well .. that's the ultimate 'tip of hat' to dad, esp for a daughter ..

remember him talking about eating live sparrows over there cos so poor, well when no work, but he had a farm, which got sold, wife left, think she became a nurse in the end ..a Fairy Tale in a way..

con .. 'two hotdogs no sauce' if you get sauce I wont eat it ..and the croatian guy ribbing him because he forgot can opener for his 'sardinas' .. turned into him saying greeks used a donkey to kick the can to open it ..had to be there .. lol ..

yep they did write it together, was based in parts on true story of a guy born 100 years ago ish and yeah, re boy like, had to stop looking at him, just way too attractive for a guy, had his gf well covered lol @Former-Member yes, robyn williams was brilliant

I have been okay - I had a glitch in my computer and today I took it back to where I got it from and had it corrected - and now it's okay (touch wood)

I miss it - the glitched happened on Thursday and I have been busy with other appointments until today - but I have had it fixed

Missed everyone and everything like crazy - it's so important to have my computer -

So I hope everyone else is a well as they can be
