@Former-Member, glad that scummmmbag is off the streets, I'd feel relieved if I was you too. And the police statement must have been stressful. One less life worry for a while. I never even reported it when it happened to me at 18, just thought it was 'my stupid fault for asking him to give me a lift home, a stranger' A couple of years later a flasher jumped out in frot of me - i instinctively looked him in the eye (not down) and walked by - not responding in the slightest (idiiot!). But with what i know now, reporting them could have stopped them escallating and hurting others, hope they haven't. I really admire those women who come forward. Well done Bridget. xox

Re: Sleeping too much
Thanks @Former-Member It is normal for girls/women to blame themselves, happens all the time. It's not our fault at all. I spent years feeling, guilty, ashamed etc........., for something that was absolutely not my fault. I fought as hard as I could. Creeeeepers, they are.
Sorry you went through that as well TAWNEY. Hugs to you. xo

Re: Sleeping too much
My Bro4 just tx me that he feels he might die soon. I'm concerned (again). This is the bro that was just discharged from 7days in MH having been put back on his antipsychotic tabs after 5yrs. I told him its depression talking but he tx me back a short list of who he wants to give his things to. So I replied with the direct question "are you thinking of hurting yourself" He is not responding to that. At kyb meeting today one of the ladies SIL found a friend after suicide last week. He already has depression & isn't coping with it. We prayed. Its just aweful. She said they gave a package of helpful tips for coping (after loss to suicide), wish they'd give all people facing loss a package, I sure could of done with it when my girl died.

Re: Sleeping too much
@Former-Member. If you have even a slightest inkling your brother may attempt suicide - please call the police or his nearest mental health team - or the hospital he was just discharged from. I really wish someone would fix this pathetic excuse of a public hospital system. He's discharged way too soon. All the best & thinking of you

Re: Sleeping too much
Thanks @utopia, how are you, yeah, I might ring tomorrow, he just replied to my question text saying: "WTF Are you thinking. If I haven't gone to the brothel because it's a sin what's the chances of doing something else. I'm important and had to live this life. Just at time's your looking at your own life and it's different feeling" but I'm not sure how self aware he is with his all the grandiose paranoid delusions clouding things. Will see if I can find the Triagw team, but then I'll be the bady. Can't win. grr

Re: Sleeping too much
i not faded by the ebb & flow of different topics @Former-Member, love the light relief of the banta between you and @TAB especially. If I was in crisis myself I may feel negated or passed over, but this is not one of those times. All good 🙂
