Re: Sleeping too much
Emotional week but I'm all sorted out thanks to my fantastic psychologist who knows just what I need - or what an issue might be about - when I don't.
Did you recover well from your party night in the Beer Garden @TAB? That was an amazing experience. Really felt like I'd been to a party. And was good to party with such great people

Aww! @PeppiPatty You need support. Must be so hard for you living with someone who becomes aggressive. Sending a big hug to you. You are stronger than me, I can't cope with aggressive people at all. Please let us know if you are ok. xoxoxoxoxoxo

Re: Sleeping too much
Yes, hubby worries @Former-Member But sometimes it comes across as controlling. I guess he's remembering the past, but I'm not that person anymore (re drinking)..
Sorry about your dad @TAB My dad had PTSD also, often screamed during the night. He was never diagnosed either, not so common back then. It was from being in the war.
PTSD is not easy to understand unless one has suffered with it. I think it's the same with any illness, depression, anxiety etc., unless a person has struggled with it, they really don't understand. I don't like calling it mental illness, at all.
All good @TAB I'm not upset with you at all. ![]()
