think had 3 at least when was kid on farm.. use to lift up sheet of galv, and there would be be a carpet of mice underneath, covering same area.. woke in night once to see a chain of them head to tail climbing bed post lol @utopia, well the one that crawled over face woke me lol

@Former-Member. I drive one way and his dad will bring him home. Used to meet half way - but his dad can't do that now.
Once a fortnight. Dad doesn't want anymore access & even then it doesn't always end up fortnightly. Breaks my heart. When we first broke up - I wanted to do more a 50/50 share - as I watched my brother struggle to get more than fortnightly access with his child. Anyway, I stayed close to where ex was living, so he could have access as much as he wanted. But hey. He's the one missing out because my boy is awesome! . I can't see my son wanting to keep visiting his dad by this time next year. He just gets ignored when he's there anyway.
Luckily most of gis friends dads and uncles he gets along with. So at least he gets a bit of male attention.
Sorry - have ended up going on a rant. Just hurts to see that his dad doesn't want to see his son much or get to know how amazing he is

My mum tell stories like that @TAB of when they were living in farming communities on the Yorke peninsula. I'd freak out.
