Combination of coming off pain killers ,alcohol, stuffing self with some internet vitamin detox thing and forgetting to eat til too late think. By the time I put myself to bed, well tried to stay up as didnt want to be up too early, was only good for a few hrs now back up again der lol

Hi, Definitely get your bloods done, for Everything! I haven't read all the comments, and unsure of your age, medication you take, etc, I feel like that All the time, I was diagnosed with Obstructed Sleep Apnea, just a thought, all the best.

Re: Sleeping too much

Hi @Mistyme I haven't seen you before, yes had bloods done recently and was codeine, probably taken more often than re ally need it, just seems easy fix, also alcohol well way too much, am near mid 50s and apnea is possible, but think in this case its coming off stuff too quickly, won't go into too much detail but body has been working overtime last 2 days to get rid of stuff. Usually come off one thing at a time but have a pre employment D &A tomorrow so probably put the brakes on too hard. Will be better tomorrow and thanks for your concern

Re: Sleeping too much

Good night @utopia. Sleep well .... 💜🌷

Hi @Former-Member @TAB 😊

Starting to settle down around here again I think. D3 got to school by 10:00am .... which is better than it has been .... and although tired, she seemed to come home with a sense of achievement. She's ticking boxes, even though the art teacher is being cold with her and she still has so much to do to catch up .... like the rest of us, a bit of getting back in the horse and finding routine really helps to settle the mind.

Gee @Former-Member .... I hope the analgesics have settled in for you by now and you get some decent sleep tonight to help heal up your back ❣

@TAB .... hope you get some good sleep tonight too. Maybe some healthy-ish snacks are a good idea to keep around for when you have forgotten to eat, then get hungry during the night .... was doing that for my S2 earlier in the year .... he had gone so off-line he was only eating once a day in the late afternoon. When the packets of nuts or sesame biscuits were right under his nose, he was snacking on them when he didn't have the motivation to get himself to where the food was ....👍🏻

Re: Sleeping too much

..it just did not occur to me to eat @Faith-and-Hope, at least had food when realised that may have been a problem, put prob over did it then der too used to surviving big parts of next day on yesterdays alcohol fumes think yeah, horrible, it will get better and yes, teachers can be narky, cos missing students can cause catch ups, etc etc

Re: Sleeping too much

@TAB

Yeah .... understanding of teacher perspective too .... But this one is just difficult at the best of times, and it's a fave subject for D3 .... sucks a bit ... but then there's lotsa sucky stuff happening at the mo .... gotta just suck it all up,and get on with what we can do, huh ?

Dandelion Tea (health food shops) helps support liver detox re alcohol cut-back, if that's any help to you .... and multivitamin is a good idea ....

Hi @Mistyme 😊

@Former-Member .... hungry again myself now .... tea and toast sounds nice .... 😊 You're full of good ideas ❣
