Got a youngest home sick from school. Nasty viral cold, no fun for her, but the little sleep in that allowed us to have is welcome.

@soul - am handling alright. It is on and off. He messaged me after gym yesterday asking how my day was and apologising once again for how bad he has made me feel. I replied told him don't apologise and I forgive him and I said most impt thing is that he is still in my life. He then msged me before bed to have a good night sleep sweet Anony18 (obv not inserting real name here haha). I am just thinking of the romeo and juliet phrase "Parting is such sweet sorrow".

I mentioned to a couple of close gfs today that we ended things and I said to ask my best friend in a separate msg about it all because i knew one of them will ask quite pushing things or say things that will trigger me, trigger the anxious feelings to a HIGH level than already feeling. I was right because after I just said how i had to made the tough decision her response was "you deserve much better". That really hurt because although she not have meant it that way it sounded as if my Now Friend (as @outlander refers to) did not treat me badly. He was sweet and caring but of course was unfair in terms of his communication which he understands after we talked. To which he responded (and why i had to make the call) that the buzzing of his phone currently is a trigger for his anxiety, panic attack and depression. Something he said he has to isolate most times to prevent himself from being instituionalised. Guess that is a fair call on his part, right?

Forgot to tell you all went for a job interview today. Be good if I get it but see how....not sure how i went with the interview. To be honest surprised got a call last Friday for one! Also one of the guys I camped with mentioned about mental health first aid cert. Researched and it is a 12 hour course or some e-learnings and a half day face to face. Thinking of doing it....think it is a good idea?

I did a mental health first aid certificate a while ago, if it is anything like the one i did I can highly recommend it. Mine was 12 hours face to face provided by the University I attend. I went primarily to better understand and support my darling but learned a lot about myself in the process.
