How are you all, trust it has been a good Easter long weekend for you and your families. Been going ok here, some nice moments as a family, along with some of the usual moments i would rather forget. Just hanging on to the happy ones 😊

Have been doing a bit of photography for the first time in years, the children have loved being the subject of my pics and attention so that has been nice while creating some memories along the way.

I have had a very quiet weekend as my physical health is weak at the moment, but keeping positive that with more sleep that will improve in time.

Keep hanging onto the happy times, there is plenty more awaiting you in the future. In the hard times remember we are here for you.

I am adding Social Anxiety to my hubby`s list

My partner told me he had social anxiety when we first dated. Then subsequently think it became depression last year. Something is up with him...and I am not sure what cause he has been really distant and more MIA than in the past. Been trying to reach out, to get him to meet me to talk face to face to find out where do I stand. Paranoia has set in thinking he is sick of me, found someone else but it doesn't sound like him given I know he hates dishonest people and he was cheated on before in the past and I doubt he is that sort of person.

As I think about it this morning, instinct is telling me that maybe something with him or at home is up in a big way - hence the distance, pushing me out, the text to say he needed more time to himself and then subsequently just went off camping. Also had a thought back to a year when he thought I was going to break up that he avoided me for a day cause in his words "I was not mentally able to cope with that". So wondering is that what he is thinking & feeling? Of course if that is what he is thinking - his current actions are really helping it.

Oh so many possibilities - I am really hating that I seem to be pushy about needing talk to him but what am I to do? I, myself, need to know where I stand and where to next from here for us.

@Anony18 He is pushing the boundaries beyond reasonable. Taking advantage of your good nature. Once boundaries are pushed, they get pushed further and further, they very very rarely go back. Be careful with that. I'm speaking from experience here, not just what's written in the text books.

@Spookytookims yeah am very well aware and I am unsure what the deal is. All I can do is push him to meet and talk to me to close this out. Find out what is happening and lay out how his actions have impacted me in big way, and if he wants his final shot in this relationship, lay out my terms which I know is not unreasonable at all.
