All good here today, just finished watching starwars with the little people. Not a fan myself but our boys enjoyed watching it as a family. Going out to a park later for a wander and feed the birds. Children have been enjoying that over the past week and I have dusted off my camera so they are loving the attention with me taking pictures of them.

My darling is doing ok at the moment, had a big ride on her bike this morning (60km) with a diffrent group to usual and came back happy and with a boost in confidence. It is great to see her smiling again.

Just popping in to say "hi." Hope everyone is having a great weekend. I am avoiding doing last year's tax return. Maybe I'll get stuck into it tomorrow. Nice dinner with the kids last night. Miss being a family.

Good thing though, cos if I "cauliflowered" my Chocky (she's a chocolate point hence her name) - I kid you not, my house would be destroyed when I woke up the next day.

Haven't been back through posts yet to see what sort of mischief you've all been up to .... 😆 .... but here's what I have been doing today -

I had to leave towards the end of it to pick S2 up from somewhere, so I didn't end up taking photos of our actual work, but these are the type of palm cross we make -

And here is an example of the donkeys -

You can sit a cross into one of the little baskets on the donkey's back, so he is carrying the cross.

@Faith-and-Hope I'd forgotten that tomorrow's Palm Sunday. I used to go to a liturgical-style church, so all the church calendar dates tended to have some kind of lead up. Current church is less formal and structured, but it will probably still rate a mention at some point.
