Hi all,

Just a quick one from me before bed, been a long day. Came home early due to bad weather and was not sure what roads would be closed. Just as well, bit of a mess where we were.

Feeling down at the moment, anxious and depressed, dont know why and it is so frustrating. I should be on top of the world, exams went well (not finalised but potensiallt top 5-10% on one of them), specialist dr appointment that I have been worried about went well (potentially significant diagnosis ruled out), had a positive job interview (part time work couple hours a week but its enough and a great opportunity and will be great on the resumè), will find out how I went in the next week. So what is my problem? Dont know. Possibly new meds messing with me?

Sorry to unload again when it seems everyone has so much going on, just no one here (at home) to discuss things with, have to smile and pretend everything aok. Was suposed to have an appointment with a new councillor today but it was cancelled due to extreme weather event, (related to tc debbie but 1000k away from that).

Additional note,

I may not have internet connection in coming days, bit of water around usually stuffs things up where we are so if you dont hear from me no need to worry, I may not be on top of the world but Im not going anywhere.

Hi @Determined - certainly has been some wild weather. You've listed a whole heap of great things in your life. Congratulations! Allow yourself to be happy about them. It's okay. You deserve to.

Yikes, life without the internet! I think I'd struggle with that these days @Determined. Well done for all the progress that you've made recently. You've kicked some real goals. We can't always pinpoint the cause of our moods but it's good to try to maintain the perspective that it will shift again. It's not permanent. I hope you're able to feel those successes over the next few days.
