Hot Chocolate Anyone ?

I am a voracious reader once I get going @Smc .... lol .... so stopping into a bookshop for a new book is one of my holiday activities. Hard to get anything done otherwise .....

I have five piano-playing off-spring .... oh joy ❣..... and I love to sing.

@Appleblossom I had a few bits and pieces in Northcote Pottery's little gallery shop at one time, so I've visited it for dropping off stock and picking up supplies. They've got a good setup there, but management has changed around a bit since I was involved. What kind of pieces did you make- wheel, hand formed, sculptural, functional...??? I have a preference for functional but like to put an artistic twist on it, and I like hand forming techniques. Mostly because I don't like constant background noises, so the wheel puts me on edge.

hello there everyone @Faith-and-Hope @Appleblossom @Shaz51 @Smc @Former-Member I see the Beverage cart was again making its rounds in here. Not sure who is still in the vicinity but a shout out of hello to anyone who might be. It's fun seeing the interests. Pottery, why does it always remind me of that scene in ghosts. I'm not even a movie head. Obviously for some reason that struck me somewhere. Kind of scary it sits there without me knowing but at least it's harmless.

Speaking of movies, I watched Mulholland Drive... now there's one to go "hmmmm" about on the first viewing. I rarely watch movies twice, I mean rarely as in practically never.. but I had to watch that 3 times to get what was going on. I think I have it sorted, at least to a point where all the pieces fit but who knows, if my founding premis is wrong... I could be way off base with David Lynch had in mind.

There's still one major question in my mind that I don't think is made clear... well I can't find a cue for it anyhow. (not going to put any spoilers in although some will probably think the whole movie is spoilt anyhow.

Definitely not a film for everyone... has anyone seen it and if so, what did you think?
