Yeah really tired today. Been sleeping really late these days. Cause of dance which has my energy levels up. Will have to try to sleep early tonight but somehow I do not think I will be able to with all the excitement. Tomorrow is going to be a LONGGG day starting at 7am and all way til 11pm, maybe later. Saying that am sure the adrenalin will be pumping that I be jumping like I had 10 coffees! Thursday might end up being a struggle. The sacrifices we do for the activities and people we love. All worth it though

This morning, my husband got up and freaked that the dishes weren't washed when I said to him earlier, the kitchen is mainly clean. Now I understand why he is like this. He explained to me on the weekend.when I was writing on Forums that sometimes, with schizophrenia..he said that some things are focused on and other things are'nt.

t's not a good thing to say though.....what I just wrote ...... because there is a myriad of different symptoms.

@Faith-and-Hope - installing new laptop at work and migrating the data from old to new laptop so have a breather

@PeppiPatty - A little difference is so nice. The forums help me understand or have slightly more clarity to MH which calmed me down and more importantly the feeling that I am not alone. I said it before and I will say it again. Having all of you around to talk to, even about just my daily routine, means alot Every person with MH have varying symptoms and like anything it is a case by case. But the forums are here for support and suggestions that may or may not work. Trying is the important thing as it shows commitment and the action that you care.

My partner just texted. Apparently for 3 days he been trying send the same text but reception where he is - isnt great. He hasn't had a great time having to deal with issues. He said he is planning to come back for my dance and then have to fly off again. My conclusion is like last year he is overseas dealing his late nanna's assets. Hopefully he makes it this time. Last time his mum prevented him from returning. It is touching that he is coming back to support me cause it ain't cheap but at same time I want to be a bit selfish and am hoping that he does come and he can spend the night with me before he fly off again for goodness how long.

I am finding it very hard to get off the sofa today......But I've worked out why I'm so grouchy at husband is because I've been stretching too.

My support worker and me went to the beach and put on Jon Kabat Zinn CD meditation cd and we just listened to it for an hour. It was good good.

I gotta get my husband to the post office.........I betta take Arlo too
