I believe it makes perfect sense to feel calm when you have an acceptance of a situation. Some people struggle with anxiety, and they would find it hard to just be accepting in the first place, but we all have different natures and conditions, and walks in life. It's okay to be who you are. And I think there is always a small niggle of concern when someone we love it travelling overseas .... that's pretty natural too ....

The weather on the weekend here was perfect ❣ We couldn't have ordered a more amazing day in that regard. And yes .... I don't think the concept of a wedding without hiccoughs exists .... the fact that nobody picked up on what ours were only added to the feeling that it was a great day.

Love that you were complimented on your dancing .... that will make it all the more enjoyable, and it is clearly showing how much you love it .... well done for all your hard work 😀

@Faith-and-Hope - I definitely agree there. A few months ago I was anxious and so much more upset. That's when I turned to the forums. Now I been finding that am calmer and less anxious. Am not perfect as I still get those days....we are only human....but much better just dealing day by day. Discovered at this point knowing I can be there for people to listen and make a difference (big or small) makes me happy. At this stage I am unsure how much of a difference I will be to help in my partner's situation or uncertain what will happen. But at this stage I just pray and hope that it will be a big and positive influence in time. Something hopefully he will recognise.

I am so glad the weather was amazing. When the sun was shining over weekend I immediately thought about you and what a beautiful day it was for the BFGW 😊

Dance has been such a saviour to me. It is the one activity I found in last few months that absolutely calms me down despite whatever issues I had that day. I can be at such a low point and crying just before dance and once it starts I be all happy and not thinking about problems. Then moment get into car after it - the tears return.

I cry in the car sometimes, driving around when I am on my own, because there is grief involved in our situation too, and it leaks out sometimes.
