Thanks @Zoe7 I think I have a lot going on for now. My big question is how do I move forward without upsetting Mr Angels. There's a status quo to uphold... do I brush to issues under the rug and if so for how long....

That is a really tough one @Angels333 I suppose you need to weigh up the advantages of some short term pain for long term gain and working out if that is something you are capable of dealing with.

Yes @Zoe7 sometimes I waiver between believing the problems are all in my head to then becoming overwhelmed by them. Yesterday was one such day. I really don't feel with confrontation very well. And the big question is whether the hurt from a confrontation out ways staying in the same situation.

It really is a hard one either way @Angels333 We try to avoid confronting those difficult things - especially when we know what the intial outcome will be. That can often lead to longer term problems though when we do not deal with something and the issue continues to build up.

So... I have decided to leave things as they are, I am assuming things will slow down when we both go back to work. I will keep talking to my DBT psychologists. I don't see my one on one psychologist until 16th June now, a bit of a wait. I think I will also talk to my psychiatrist, I have an appointment coming up soon.
Thanks for everyone's well thought out responses and concerns.
I will definitely address the issue but with a careful non confrontational approach. I will need help from my professional supports to do that.
Love to you all
