Re: Self Harm

Hey @Angels333 I'm so sorry I didn't see this post earlier. I am having trouble with my notifications.
I am also really sorry you are struggling with this at the moment. I am too right now and it's an everyday thing and I can't seem to stop it.
one thing that my psychologist said to me which I found interesting was that it can be an addiction. I personally don't see it that way but I found that interesting.

I hope peace finds you and that things get better for you honey.

Hey @Angels333 how you doing hun?

Re: Self Harm

Hey @Lee82 good to hear from you...

It's not what your thinking... SH has definitely been an addiction with me before. No, it's something else. Mr Angels and I have been drinking everyday, I don't know if it's a problem yet but my psychologist is concerned. Anyway, I am so ashamed....

Re: Self Harm

I'm so sorry to hear that @Angels333

I think it's safe to say that that is still a form of SH hun. I agree with your psychologist babe it's a worry. Anything that may have set this in motion? Of course no need to answer that. Just thinking that maybe if you can figure out why this started then you may be able to figure out a way to stop it. It is definitely difficult when both of you are in the same boat enabling one another.
I understand you feeling ashamed. I feel that too. At the time it's all you can think of all you feel is the only way for the pain to stop and afterwards you feel angry at yourself and ashamed it happened. It's a daily struggle. I feel you pain babe.
