I didn't go to work today, my anxiety was overwhelming. Then I used SH. I see my psychiatrist in the morning I hope he admits me... I feel so sick

I feel so ashamed of myself. I promised Mr A I would never get sick again... I know that was stupid ... I am disappointed.
