Something’s not right

son2

son2

Hi everyone I am just so worried about son2 and his propensity to violent thoughts. He is a great big teddy bear and yet he can flip and come out with such violent thoughts. For example there is another client where my son2 goes to day care and son2 hates this client with a vengence. Son2 tonight was talking about doing the other client in and how he would go about doing it.

Now son2 is 7 foot tall he is a big guy so if he decided to do something at day program no one would be able to stop him in time .... certainly not the women they have employed there .... idk I have contacted day program and requested they keep son2 apart from the other client and tried to stress the importance without getting to alarmist. Other than that I dont know what I can do ....

I read about what happened in St clair with the mum and daughter and in all honesty it could be son2 he gets into such a vile temper particularly when the voices are at him. I worry about him and his future .... anyway thanks for listening. peaxxxx

Re: son2

Hey @Bunniekins really hoping your lurgy starts to improve soon. And that you've had some more rest since posting. Is son2 not sleeping either? Concerned for you and hoping you are getting support out there as well as in here.

@Appleblossom just curious - what is 'larping' that you mention?

Re: son2

@eth Hi eth son2 not sleeping well has hayfever and reminents of cold which could also be a part of influencing his aggressive mood. I am getting support irl but never enough lol just praying son2 can hold his feelings together and not explode and get himself into strife ....

@eth

LARP - Live Action Role Play

based on gaming and dressing up and having competitive war games in local parks etc... with soft bendable weapons so nobody gets hurt.

Its a young people thing.

@Bunniekins my general strategy for managing children's anger and violent thoughts ... is to say ... I am totally against "acting it out" and hurting people ... but find ways to channel or vent in harmless ways ... I do not know enough about your boy ... or the situation and how this other person is triggering him ...maybe its good he is sick and at home gives him some respite ....

@Bunniekins Hope you and son2 have managed some sleep today. Battling through without rest is hard work. Take care x
