Hi @Former-Member just muddling around here tidying up after last night, trying to get gas light, left emptier cylinder on, guess must be empty now lol . Off to the shops soon for weekend papers.

@TAB that's good! yeah... sorry just got a lot on my mind trying to get back into society... I feel writing things down helps me like this online community I can convey my thoughts effectively. Thinking of changing careers lol haven't told anyone except my family. @Anastasia yeah I guess I have let's see how that goes or how long it lasts. Lol. Fighting an invisible battle with myself constantly but to everyone else I just look normal. Or so I think

It doesn't hurt to have plans @Former-Member @MDT uses this place as a sounding board lol guess a lot of us do

Need to get moving here, ha if only they held the paper for me lol, it's a made up task really as live alone, it's like saying goodbye to the week, then bins on monday, is it recycling week? if so no dole etc think need to get some health about me and do some work even just briefly, to get me out of house, not worked since december, think going a bit spare last 2 months

Good luck, it's brave of you but I'm sure it will be worth it. I think we're all fighting an invisible battle really. I always try to be kind to all because we just don't know what's happening in their lives.

As far as friends in here I have no doubt you'll continue to make more and build on others. Do you know you can subscribe to threads by clicking on options at the top next to page numbers? This way you get notifications and can stay in the loop with your friends conversation 😊

I find writing things down really helpful too, in many different aspects of my life. Having a plan is also good - a career change sounds very exciting. As long you think it'll make you happy and rewarded. You're def not alone in fighting the invisible battles, imo everybody certainly is - whether it's big or small.

I know I've been talking a lot about my self and they say people with MI tend to talk about themselves a little more, but idc it helps me express myself with the people I care about.
