@eth, @Former-Member , we have 2 avo trees in the front of our place , we have to be quick as people see the trees are really on council land so they come and pick the avos

not sure what it is yet @MDT , maybe it might be another infection as my glands are swollen

Eth my ex avocado farmer uncle ... heaps of uncles ... liked a post on fb ... he is in US now. He is only one I have the slightest bit of contact. A couple of likes a year ... I really have tried to abide by their wishes and not rock their boats ... it is what it is.

Frugal organised brain just kicked in at the meat shop. I bought stuff which was logical and then I better bloomin use it before it goes off ... kinda keeps me honest .. ha ha ...

So the ole save money and do nutrition won over the "I cant be bothered ". I was reflecting that I really have never cooked good meals for myself before. SO this is a first. Now my freezer is a site to behold with lots yummy easy to grab meals made from scratch ... I still do not want to be overly bothered ... so this system seems good.

I made the mistake of getting filo pastry ... which so much hassle ... but anyway I have finally finished it ...(Did load of my style spanokopita last week) I will try not to get sentimental about pastry and not buy it again ... all that yummy butter ...ooooh .... and the oven bell just rang ... somewhere else online ... someone posted ... saved by the bell!

@ethMy son is so proud and doing so well on that score, I could not let the team down, as I was the one who taught him ... but it feels weird to do it for just me. Thats alright I can adjust.
