Anyway, I went to see my psychologist yesteday. I was a bit worried aboiut being stopped by the police and fined for going in, as my psychologist offers Telehealth. But I wasn't stopped and anyway, when I got there she said that Telehealth hadn't been working.

Ah, thanks, @eth ! I am a bit rule-bound - don't want to do the wrong thing. But I like to think of it as being conscientious lol. That's good the Soiree goes all day.

It's a bit gloomy and rainy today. I have SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) which means I struggle with depression on cloudy days. I crave the sun! But I will go out for a walk in nature soon, so that will make me feel a bit better.

What is everyone up to this afternoon?

I'm going to sit in the sun for a bit @NatureLover and maybe watch a show. I've been online for over 3 hours so will take a break. Hope you enjoy your walk and your SAD feelings lift.
