Saturday Soiree - all welcome!!

Good morning everyone. Hope the stay of the weekend is going OK for you all.

Mine has started alright but my unit block has a tradie coming for some maintenance and I'm the designated point of contact today. All I should need to do is point out where the things are that he needs to do, and hopefully there won't be any issues that need to be discussed or sent back to body corporate. But I'm a bit stressed about it. He was meant to arrive 15mins ago and I haven't had breakfast yet cause I've been waiting.

Edit: Well he's arrived and started on one of the obvious jobs without knocking on my door which is good but now I dunno when /if he'll need me. Having a quick breakfast but I guess I won't go to the shops for groceries today unless I get up the nerve to go say hi, tell him I'm going out and when I'll be back and ask if he has any questions.... Fun lol.
