Not too bad, @Shaz51 but somhow I slept through my gardener coming. I was really looking forward t it. I have so much constant head/neck pain, I guess I let myself rest in the mornings too much. I usually hear if someone comes, but I also have some intense agitated dreams so maybe that is why I did not. Oh dear. Now I have to send an email to my Coordinator of supports.

I saw the doctor about my aches and pains moving around in the body -- and he said that it is the toxins in th body that are causing them

Hope the gardener did what you wanted him to do , my mum would love a gardener

we had the pageant here this morning and it poorer down with rain before and only 20 here today, but then stopped so they started a bit later, thank God it stopped enough for them to put it on so my son was hhappy. It has stopped raining now, compared to next Saturday we are having 35, low 20 all the rest of the week, so I'm glad at least it wasn't on next Saturday cause to hot for me in the 30's. Then started putting up Xmas decorations, we always wait till the pageant and then put everything up just have to wait for son1 to get home from cricket tonight and we will do the tree then.

Right now just relaxing, might do some crocheting for a bit and catching up on here.

@octavia so glad your family is coming down for you and you have a great time.

my family live interstate as well but unfortunately we are not close, I never hear from my brothers, I ring my mum every week and we catch up for 10 days January every year staying at different hotels around Australia, this January where staying at Grande Chancellor in Adelaide city, last year we went to Melbourne. She's not doing to well a my youngest brother and his family lives wwith mum, she has a granny flat at The back but they just ignore her and even the 2 kids don't talk to her now.

Mine is due to old injuries. since late 20s.

Gardener did not come. He is supposed to do things I really cannot do.

Yesterday I was functioning.
