Ive had a shopping day so far

Didnt really find what i was looking for apart from a couple of melamine mugs from spotlight.

So i went searching online & eventually found what i was looking for on amazon.

Ice cube sticks. U leave in freezer then pop them in your drink bottle.

Also found on ebay reuseable ice cubes. To put in my ice coffee so im keeping it cold without adding water.

@Adge a massagee sounds wonderful. I am just about due for another one. I have them every 4-6 weeks because they seem to help with the arthritis. I have found someone that does them in a way that manages to release the joints and muscles without hurting too much and helps keep the mobility I have. They are worth it. And because of the help I get from it, NDIS covers it which makes it so I can actually do it

I dont have room in my freezer for ice trays etc but these little things i can squish in odd spots lol

Im trying to motivate myself to prac piano. Had 2 days rest from it so need to push myself to go back. Its getting a little hard at times. Ive achieved a lot tho over 3-4mnths.

@Shaz51I saw those ice sticks for bottles last week. I think it was in Coles. They had the reusable ice cubes that do not melt in your drink and water it down too. Think they were only a couple of dollars a packet. Thought they were a great idea. Do not know if they have them in all states or whether they will be a regular item though. That is in WA.
