@Former-Member I don't know anything about your mental health,only what I've seen on tv which could be quite different but I'm glad for you that you know of them and your safe, Tessa was very friendly. I hope you can continue keep coming on here knowing it's safe if another of your alters come o .

I'm not into listening to music and you tube music like a lot of you here , i have to have tne tv on and i record a lot of fox and netflix shows. My favourite gender is Sci-fi, fantasy I love them all they take me to a different world and I can forget about this horrible world we live in now for awhile

@cutiepiekitty of course you can talk here. Good thinking about trying to get an earlier appointment. Must have been a bit of a shock to realise Monday is a public holiday. I tend not to know about them either a lot of the time because I don't work. Hope you get an early response from them and they can help you.

@Former-Member Tessa seems sweet. It must be challenging having alters. Great that they feel safe here too.

@Adge I didn't know you'd been married. I think you'd make a good partner in life. Met anyone interesting lately? By the way I love creedence.

thanks @eth Could not think then for some reason it came to me to try and email them. Can't believe it took me several minutes to find them, I know their name and where they are etc but could not hit the right keys on computer to get there.

Yes my mental health issues are very different to how it is portrayed in movies. Especially in the issue of dangerous alters all of my so called dangerous alters are only a danger to myself the most they do to others is mouth off and call people names. I have only ever had one incident where an alter hurt someone else physically but I was being attacked by said person at the time and they were protecting us.

Tessa also isn't the first alter to talk on here but I think she is the first one to venture out of my dragon den thread.

As for knowing them it is an ongoing process as new ones join and others go dormant I also have age and gender sliders
