Hi @Shaz51 Hi @TAB how are your days going? I had a lovely catch up with my friend over brunch and then a wee nap when I came home.

Just started to panic and feel awful. I realised that I am meant to see B on Monday, but as it is a public holiday it will not be on. I have not been contacted with another time. It has been 3 weeks since last appt and bought up some really hard stuff. Not sure how I will last if she is not coming for 2 more weeks. She said she was a bit concerned at leaving it 3 weeks, but to wait for her next due day it will be 5 weeks. That seems too long.

Have sent an email to the group she is from asking when she is coming or if they can help in some way. Being a holiday Monday I know they will not get it till Tuesday. That is why I have said Wed or Fri. You can get the train without booking, but disabled with mobility devices it is best because they can only take 2 max each way, so they ask us to book to ensure they have removed the seats. Thursday is craft morning tea (school holidays we have proper cups, saucers, tablecloth etc) so I think that will help me and I think that I need to go back as soon as I can or I will maybe not go because of being embarrassed over the major attack on Thursday. They must have something in place for when it is normally fortnightly and it stretches to this long. Have told them if she is not coming for a couple weeks more I might be able to get the train to the city on Wed or Fri to see someone, because I am not sure I will cope with so long in between. We have met 3 times and she had just started bringing out some very deep dark things. They keep spinning in my head.

Have been told I have CPTSD and need lots of therapy and I thought that B would be good. But not sure if I can make it. I need to be able to talk to someone sooner than another 2 weeks.

Just had a friend ring and she is worried about me so has told me I am to go to her for the afternoon. If anyone has any suggestions on coping let me know and I will get them. Willl be going to hers soon and I can get them later.

Sorry for the long post and ranting. Had to let it out and I know this is a safe place where I can do it and be understood and not judged.
