Thanks @eth not sure about how to navigate myself through this stuff I'm dealing with... day by day... one foot in front of the other ... i know what counsellors and so forth say but even that seems out of my abilities to achieve and follow through with ...

@Meowmy just accepting my condition and feeling down about everything really. Wanting help but feeling out of options. Water under the bridge is an understatement. It's all sinking in for myself.

@eudemonism Hey, sorry to hear all is overwhelming at the moment. Think we can only do little bits at a time.I m finding it hard to cook dinner at the moment. Next two nights I will be working late,so I need cook and be ready tonight. I think I just do a bit, then may be rest for a while, even go for another nap. Think struggle is common and we can do it together. Hope you have nice dinner. Take care.

@Meowmy I'm getting ready for bed. I got the trembles. Everything is only just hitting home. Feeling rather awful actually. I'll concentrate of the small stuff for awhile. And have a glass of water.

Due for my meds tommorow. Hopefully that settles my thoughts down. It's the usual stuff going on. Just in different shapes and forms.

Thinking I'm going to have to put some extra effort into coping stradegies. And maintaining relationships.

I've been on and off with managing everything for a fair while now. Thinking i may have to make some changes to stay on top of things.

Re: Learning to live (and be myself) again

It seems you have some insight into what is needed @eudemonism and that is really positive. It is often hard to sta on top of things - and that seems to be even harder when dealing with a MI as well - so good on you for recognising what needs to be done and taking steps to change things for yourself
