Thanks that would be awesome @outlander You are kind. I'm trying to work it out myself. I have had a few triggers of late. I tend to push my feelings aside- it is the way, I deal with my emotions. What has been happening for you?

I tend to push my feelings aside too. sometimes its easier to try and ignore them rather then deal with them.
triggers are quite hard sometimes hey, april is full of them for me cause I have a few anniversaries so atm its lots of either ignoring it or trying to manage them.
have you got any supports atm to help get you through this rough patch?

Sorry to hear you're having a tough time too. Its not nice dealing with uncomfortable emotions. We just have to find things that makes us happy. @outlander
