Good to hear from you. I'm trying to stay positive through this. Glad you're okay, its quite easy to sleep a lot during this time. The lack of connection makes it tough too. A good time to pause and reflect. Hope you have a good night.

are you finding something in particular hard atm?
I know isolation and so many restrictions are having a big impact on lots of people too.
