@MDT I know you're struggling a bit. Glad you're working on your applications. I am a bit brighter today, I had specialist appointment today and that went well. I will be seeing her again next week. I have another one tomorrow. I've just came home from the gym- I think its my second session since my surgery, I am hoping to get another one in later in the week. I've just started preparing for dinner, just defrosting chicken atm.
Are you able to find a job- maybe it would help that you alrady had job for the other positions you're applying for- something at coles.

No worries Apple @Appleblossom Hope you're really feeling better. I will catch up on the other thread, to see what happened. You know you have support here.
I'm a bit brighter today and I actually feel not too bad about myself. I read F&H @Faith-and-Hope post the other day to Sherry I think it was about people in her life and how someone got to describe who the people where in her life, mainly people that were close to her. A lot of that resonated with me- thank you so much for sharing F&H.

I didn't think you were unemployable- sometimes it helps to already have a job. I would be happy too with what you have accomplished today. Good job Hams @MDT
My specialist was good today, I need to spend more time down at the beach, I'm happy with that. But on a serious note I am making progress. I don't mind the gym, I have not been there much in the last 12 to 13 weeks. There is a bit of variety in the equipment at the gym- which breaks things up. I have another week and half before I start back to easing myself into training- I guess I am slowly doing it now. I can understand the boredom at the gym but I enjoy going and seeing the regulars and staff at the gym. I had a go at the arm bike today because I wanted to work on my upper body- arms, chest, shoulders!!

I think we all have fears about our abilities @MDT
I find the cardio to be more boring than the weight training- I sometimes do boxing for cardio (spar with someone). I hope to do more once I get some conditioning. They have group exercises/classes to do too, I think I might try to do some of these. It might be good for me.

@Appleblossom @oceangirl And all passing. I suffered bad anxiety and flu since yesterday. But have seen psychologist and have a bit of coping strategies. Coping ok. Did go to work today and finished work ok.
thanks for care.
