It is the hardest decision of my life. 😢

Im leaving the forum

psych and now dictir agree I’m on here too often and not doing me any good

i have a very heavy heart 😢

it’s broken

I’m gone

feeling shsttered

I’m abandoned

I don’t know what to say

nit sure if it’s the right thing

sobbing while I write this

I’m going to miss you all so much

you have all been a BIG part of my life

I’m really sorry 😢

Hey everyone

I received another email from my psych to say he has emailed his office manager to get in touch with me to make an earlier appt.

I’m so glad I wrote to him and was really honest. This is a first for me.

I know he is a good psych and is very well respected by his peers and staff at the hospitals. But he needs to know how I feel and why I was angry.

It's not easy to stand up for oneself which makes it all the more worthwhile when we do - and you have done it and I am really pleased

Now you have done it once it will be easier to do it again -

Making such a decision was momentous but you did it - good work
