I know it's Easter but I'm not feeling that great to be honest

with everything that's going on lately with me it's really hard to find the positives

I've been hit with bad news and I'm really struggling with it

I can think of something positive that someone said to me today

I must admit I was a bit surprised by what she said ...this happened at work it was one of the customers....

If only more people had positive things to say to me

But I can't expect too much..you know when you face the public.....

Not doing much for Easter - try to have some rest over the next couple of days

Insomnia is my worst enemy....I think it has had an impact on my anxiety

I can't get rid of the insomnia......on work days waking up too early or dozing off for a while then checking the time and seeing that in a few hours I have to get ready for work always the same problem....

Maybe I need sleeping tablets ?
