well i went and had morning tea with mum and my aunty --- wow, i got really told to cut back or stop working because of my problems

I know they really care about me and I should cut back , BUTTTTT

I suppose there is no but to having health , who knows when I will be on a dialysis and looking for a kidney -- I only have one now

next check up is in march

People want the best for us @Shaz51

But those decisions are up to you - I agree you need to cut back to try and keep yourself but family is family and the members tend to think they know better when they have no idea really about the situation

And there are times when they miss the mark when deciding your choices - you know what's on your plate

But you will be doing your Mum's garden - you are a lot fitter than me -

I often work myself into a stupor til I almost collapse. Sometimes I wonder if you and Mr Shaz do that too. Trying to find a middle way, that is active and healthy but reasonable for your age with enough rest and refreshment can be hard. It is my theme for this year. Finding a steady level of healthy activity.

I know the Centrelink requirements are a hassle, but I wonder if in the long run it might give you some cushion as well. Newstart does need to take into account health issues and those requirements should be reduced in the case of you Mr Shaz, as far as I understand. Surely the level you do will be taken into account as well.

my step S3 and his partner who has 3 children of her own

they spilt up after their triplets had died at 26 weeks old

very sad

but now step S3 is living with his ex and her new partner and is childminding the grandchild and home schooling the son

everyone has cancelled the ex and the family

but I am the only one who is still in contact and the ex still calls me mum

I have been very bad not doing mum`s gardening

have been doing everthing else for her

we have being saying no to jobs

my next check up is in march with my specialists

mum`sgardening really needs doing but mr shaz has put everything else before hers

This is a good place to write about step S3 because you don't know what to do about it -

And why not - it sounds really weird to me - S3 living with his ex and her new partner - really strange - but then there is a saying that there's none so queer as folks and I guess it's there business

People who are partners often do split up with the death of a child - my marriage was over - and in S3's case it was triplets - and no doubt there is a lot of unfinished business there and it's really tough and sad - but still

And the ex still calls you Mum - and I think I recall that you don't really like that

I'm glad you shared - it must feel strange

yes @Owlunar , it feels strange that she still calls me mum

and her 3 children still call me nana

but to keep in contact with my step S3 who has called me mum , since he was young , I feel I need to keep him close to mr shaz and me xoxo
