LOL @Shaz51 I fell asleep 10 minutes into Vera!! My nights are so broken these days (7 or 8 naps) that I crash out really early - only to wake again after my show has finished! I'm on a new med for sleep but the first 2 nights it hasn't worked at all. It's hard to feel hopeful about it.

Sounds like your mum loved her day trip yesterday with you. You are so good to her.

Cleaning the house then taking your Mum out - it's great you had an outing with your mum and then -

You took her home when she got tired but both of you have the memory of the Winter Wonderland - I don't know what that is but if it's hot where you live then seeing wintery stuff with snow etc would be indeed pleasant

But in Melbourne we might not be so excited - we are still having the bleakies where weather is concerned - long days yes but that's how we know it really is summer - cloudy and chilly though - and they try and tell us about global warming -

We are not feeling it much in Vic and Tassie - mmmm - not happy Jan
