I've actually been feeling pretty good in recent weeks -- daily moments of anxiety, overwhelm, etc, but more moments of feeling okay or even good! Don't know how long this will last, but I'm appreciating it while it's happening.

and hopefully I'll remember to come to the forums when I'm feeling overwhelmed, ask for some support

@Shaz51 Hope you can take some nice deep breaths hun - always good to be able to spend a few moments to ourselves ay. I knowmy appetite is always a bit random with my ADHD - some days I will forget to eat, or not want to eat at all, other days I'm like a bear with a honey pot; just fistfulls of every food I can get my hands on 😅
