problem is trying to get mum to get more services to help which she does not want , she says she is soo tired and does not care about anything , she does not want to be reassessed for anything anymore

finding it hard to find when to step in and say you need a check up and you need some help xx

Mr shaz MI goes around in cycles and he feels hhe takes 2 steps forward and one step back , and things happen in 3s for him

Today he bumped into a tree stump that was just above the grass with the ride on and done some damage

And because he has cut down on his anti anxiety meds by the doctor

He found it very hard to control himself, well we finished work , took the mowing 30 kms to the repair shop and are back home now

He has taken a full anxiety meds and is trying to calm down

We walked inside and then my mum started , Ohh boy !!!! 😪

Now I have a massive headache, neck ache and trying hard to relax

I've been meaning to update my own thread, will have to get to that. Trying to have some relax days after last week being full on, but also trying to decide whether we need to make another trip up to work on my parents' place next week. We were going to go up the week after, but other commitments mean we might be better shifting our plans forward.
